Warranties

Our LED strip lights, drivers, controllers, and accessories use only the highest quality components. Since most people don’t use their lighting systems 24 hours a day, we’d like our LED’s longevity data to match a warranty that meets the majority of our customers’ needs.

Therefore, all of our LED strip lighting products come with an industry-leading (5) year warranty, and our dimmers, drivers, and controllers come with extended warranties. For more information about the warranty period and exceptions, please read the warranty policy.

If the lighting is not used for more than 12 consecutive hours in a 24-hour period, the warranty on strip lights is five (5) years. Lighting that is used more than 12 hours within a 24-hour period is covered by a default warranty of seven years.
